Stillness: Accomplishing Quiet
The issue of how we achieve "stillness" has come up again and again in our Founders First Community events. In its simplest form, stillness is merely the state of being still. It is characterized by quietness, silence, calmness, and inactivity.
We've decided to make "achieving stillness" a topic of discussion for an upcoming Connections event, given the level of interest among our community members. And what better time than in the New Year, as we all add "New Year's Resolutions" to our lengthy to-do lists.
Questions to Consider:
Is stillness a part of your daily routine? If so, what tools do you use to achieve it?
What have you found are the benefits you receive by incorporating stillness into your daily routine?
How long have you practiced stillness to achieve optimal results?
