Breathwork has long been used as a tool to achieve mindfulness and calm. The practice of taking ten clearing breaths is frequently mentioned in our program, and the idea of using breathwork has often come up in our previous Founders Forum and Connections events. We even regularly write about the topic on our blog. All that to say, we thought it was about time to focus on breathing as the topic of its own event.
