Travel industry veteran and entrepreneur Andrea Grisdale founded Italian Connection Bellagio in 1999 to create tailor-made Italian experiences for a select group of discerning clients. Based on the shores of Lake Como in Bellagio, Italy, IC Bellagio has become Italy’s premiere destination management company, serving clients each and every year from prestigious organizations such as Virtuoso, Signature Travel Network, Low Season Traveller, Condè Nast, Travel + Leisure, and Wendy Perrin.

Andrea is an Executive Board Member of E.O. Italy, and a thought leader in the travel industry. She is a frequent speaker on the subject of entrepreneurship at colleges and universities, supports numerous social programs and charities, and is a regular advocate for advancing women into leadership positions – evidenced by the fact that the leadership team at IC Bellagio is entirely female.   

When she is not traveling, Andrea lives with her husband, 3 dogs, 3 donkeys and Daisy the cow in Bellagio on Lake Como.
